This package provides: - Theme, color and decor coordination (specializing in design, layout and flow)
- Organization of Invitations, Guests, Place Cards and Favors
- Development and Management of Wedding Budget
- Scheduling, reviewing and "Day of" organization of vendors
- Detailed planning and coordination of Rehearsal, Ceremony and Reception. Can include Bridal Showers, Bachelor/Bachelorette parties, Stag/Doe, Bride’s Luncheon (or Home Spa/Pool party)
- Assistance with accommodations and transportation for bridal party, guests, gifts & welcome baskets
- Assisting attendants in their roles; Individual "Wedding Morning" visits with Bride & Groom to oversee last minute details and keep on schedule

Rates for the Full Planning Package are generally 10% of the wedding budget and are determined and customized to the unique needs and ideas of the couple as well as proximity to wedding date, number of guests, location/travel needs, time of day and length of ceremony/reception and duration of consultant’s stay at the reception site as required by the couple. Coordination of most wedding receptions would also dictate a dinner meal for the primary consultant and if used, the male consultant. Using a coordinator for a Destination Wedding is vital; there are definitely more than a few extra "logistics & perks" to handle. Without a coordinator, you will have to find all of your vendors in an unfamiliar place along with the potential cultural and language barriers. Not to mention long distance charges! As your Destination Wedding Coordinator, I will lead you to the best resources and vendors. I am not limited to particular vendors due to already established partnership constraints as an in-house resort coordinator might be. Also having planned my own Destination Wedding, I can appreciate and definitely understand the amount of detail and organization that is required!
